You should be aware that TODAK Digitech will not take responsibility for certain aspects. Some app functions require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network. TODAK Digitech is not responsible if the app doesn’t work at full functionality without Wi-Fi or if your data allowance is depleted.
When using the app outside Wi-Fi coverage, your mobile network provider’s terms still apply, and you may incur charges for data usage. You accept responsibility for such charges, including roaming data fees if used outside your home territory. If you’re not the bill payer, ensure you have permission.
TODAK Digitech cannot always take responsibility for how you use the app. Keep your device charged; if it runs out of battery, and you can’t access the service, TODAK Digitech cannot accept responsibility.

Updates may be necessary, and you must download them to continue using the app. TODAK Digitech doesn’t promise constant updates for compatibility. You agree to accept updates when offered. Upon termination, your rights and licenses end, and you must stop using and, if necessary, delete the app from your device unless stated otherwise.
